Rajon Rondo, the talented ball thief.
Stealing may be bad—but not for basketball. Having the knack of stealing the other team’s ball can in fact be a great contribution to winning the game. After the season, different awards are given by the NBA body and this includes the “defensive player”, “defensive team” and the like, and the person with the most steals can be a good candidate for this category. Surprisingly, Rajon Rondo of Boston Celtics is the league leader for the 2007-2008 ball steals category. Even though he is new in the basketball industry (with only 1 year of professional basketball record), he sure is fired up when it comes to stealing balls for his team.
