About Basketball Statistics
Statistics in the field of sports in general and basketball in particular is used as an evaluation tool for team owners to gauge the performance of their teams, coaches to evaluate their players and fans to predict whether it is going to be a better year for their team or favorite player. Statistics is used also by most basketball scouts on recommending who is the player to choose from the draft.
